Bariatric Medical Solutions LLC is a U.S.-based medical tourism company founded in 2015 by Dr. Alejandro López Ortega. We help international patients access experienced, high-quality bariatric care in Mexico through an organized and professionally coordinated process.
Operating under the ALO Bariatrics brand, we coordinate medical, hospital, accommodation and local transportation services for patients traveling to Mexico for bariatric and metabolic surgery.
